Terms of Service & Refund Policy
These terms apply when you use the Northvault Labs Chrome extensions (BulkBooks for Xero, ActivityVault for HubSpot, TranscriptVault for Intercom and TicketVault for Zendesk) and this website. By installing or using an extension, you agree to them.
1. The service
Our extensions export data from accounts you already have access to into files on your computer. You're responsible for having permission to access and export that data, and for complying with the terms of the service you export from.
2. Plans and billing
- Each extension offers a free plan limited to 25 items per export, and a Pro plan billed monthly in US dollars at the price shown on our website and in the extension.
- Subscriptions are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
- If we change a price, we'll tell existing subscribers before it applies to them.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the extension's billing page (Manage subscription), or by emailing northvaultlabs@gmail.com. When you cancel, you won't be charged again, and you keep Pro features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
4. Refunds
- If you're not happy with your first Pro payment for an extension, email us within 14 days of that payment and we'll refund it in full.
- Later monthly payments are generally non-refundable, but we'll review requests about billing mistakes, duplicate charges or a product that didn't work as described, and refund where it's fair.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
- Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the extensions to access data you're not authorized to access, to overload or abuse third-party APIs, or to break any law. Don't resell, or remove licensing from, the extensions.
6. Third-party services
The extensions depend on third-party APIs (Xero, HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk). Those companies may change or limit their APIs, which can affect what our extensions can do. Northvault Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Disclaimer
The extensions are provided "as is". We work to make exports accurate and complete, but we can't guarantee they'll be error-free. Please check important exports and keep your own backups.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the extensions is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and if the changes are significant we'll give notice in the extension listing or by email to subscribers.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
